This is our one year anniversary beer. It's a culmination of all the things we have learned in 1 short year. We took all the hops from our Double IPAs and combined them into this 1 masterpiece. Thanks to all our supporters, friends, and family. Here's to many more years. Thanks again!

Holy shit, this a huge TIPA....@sawdog505 left it with me after our visit last month at my house. I've met Tim several, 5+ times in NH but never had this beer before. Kettlehead is always our second stop, after Market Basket, and before Vulgar Brewing on the way to my wife's family house in Bristol NH.

Many thx to SawDog505 for this can.
A - Opaque dark gold color with a thick, creamy lacing ring on top.
S - Pungent and intense tropical fruit aroma. with some spicy peppery rind.
T - Dank, peppery, tropical fruit. Mango, papaya, pineapple and peppery fruit rind from start to finish. Ends with a quazi-bittersweet finish the errs towards the sweet side but with intense peppery citrus.
M - Thick and chewy.
O - The flavor intensity makes this beer. Granted, high ABV, but the alcohol is deviously well hidden.

So to be fair I had a Nunchuck Ping Pong before this and holy hell you can see the difference in size and drinkability. Pours a hazy dark orange with a finger and a half inch sticky white head that leaves thin and spotty patches of lace as it slowly settles.
Smell is tangerine, apricot, papaya, and a big shot of grapefruit and a little hint of alcohol is noticed.
Taste follows strong tangerine, ripe apricot, papaya, mellon, a little alcohol, and a big hit of grapefruit rounds it out and lingers on the palate.
Mouthfeel is big and sticky, soft and moderate carbonation, but at 12.5% it drinks insanely easy.
Overall one year anniversary beer didn’t let me down, special but I like it on draft more than out of the can. Sam and Nate you should be proud, insane first year out of two talented brewers.

Wow. Great beverage. The look is incredible. Very nice orange and no clarity which makes me think of a beer milkshake. Smell is decent. Taste is wonderful - citrus with a slight dank. Overall this is awesome and the best I’ve had from Kettlehead. BTW - the alcohol is very well hidden. Be careful...but enjoy.

Happy Birthday Kettlehead. Sorry for not being a beer snob and give 1.101 the review it deserves. I give this quad ten thumbs up.
