From a 16oz can, canned 05/15/19. Served in a willi becher glass.

Pours a thick and murky dull orange with a big fluffy white head of foam. Retention is excellent, leaving fat gobs of lacing. Looks like shit but, contrariwise, looks just right for an NEDIPA.

Moderately intense, mildly sweet aroma of peach pie and bread dough.

Taste is, in fact, initially somewhat reminiscent of peach pie, with unfinished peachy yeast and pie crust. Grassy bitterness develops midway into the sip with melon, apricot, ginger, and orange zest. Grapefruit juice, lime and a resinous finish.

Feel is juicy, doughy, medium-thick bodied and well carbonated.

Overall, very nice. Cashmere, summer and comet hops, none of which are familiar to me - I don’t know what the brewer’s intent was, but it made for a very busy, layered, subtle flavour profile. Super enjoyable and highly recommended.

Poured into 13 oz Kettlehead Snulip glass canned on 3/11/19. Pours a very attractive hazy yellow with a 2 finger sticky white head that leaves webs of thick lace behind as it slowly settles with excellent retention. 4.5

Smell is honeydew, pineapple, tangerine, coconut, and a little apricot with no grapefruit to speak of. 4.5

Taste follows mellon, pineapple, coconut, tangerine, and just a nice subtle hit of apricot so well balanced nothing really steeling the show. 4.5

Mouthfeel is a big medium, very soft with moderate carbonation, sticky from the excessive dry hopping, and at 8% ABV it is so crazy drinkable and tasty. 4.75

Overall this is another homerun from this young brewery, I can’t wait for summer and heck the can release today brought the hottest day in months and hopefully is the start of Spring. 4.5
