Bomb Blue a sour Gose with blueberries 5%. Pours a gorgeous purple with a half finger sticky head that leaves thin streaks of lace with a purplish hue. 4.75
Smell is pretty straight forward tart raspberry, blueberry, lime, and grapefruit rind. 4
Taste follows very tart upfront lime, grapefruit, raspberry, and mellows in the finish with some nice fresh blueberry. 4
Mouthfeel is big for 5%, plenty of prickly carbonation, a tad dry making you smack your lips waiting for the next sip. 4
Overall this is a beer that is not in my normal comfort zone, but this is really nice for what it is and masterfully crafted by two guys who are just in the zone. 4
