Can’t myself brewed with cold brew coffee, I think Oreo cookies, and aged in local maple bourbon barrels. Pours a very attractive near midnight black with a massive 3 plus finger mocha head that leaves behind some thin streaks of lace as it settles rather quickly into a thin layer of bubbles. 4.5
Smell is maple, coffee, dark chocolate, and toasted Oaked vanilla really pleasant. 4.25
Taste follows maple, coffee, and dark chocolate upfront with some slightly boozy vanilla, and oak in the finish with some hints of toasted coconut that lingers. 4.5
Mouthfeel is a little bigger than medium, moderate carbonation, a little dry throughout and it works well, and extremely approachable at 8% but drinks closer to 10% in flavor. 4.25
Overall I will be squirreling away one of these cans for Thanksgiving or Christmas Cheer. Kettlehead again for the win. 4.25
