Poem NEDIPA Cashmere, Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Sabro 7.9%. Pours a hazy orange yellow with a finger plus sticky white head that leaves a thick ring of lace with excellent retention. 4.25
Aroma coconut, pineapple, peach, mango, mandarin, melon, and apricot. 4.5
Taste follows coconut, peach, mango, pineapple, mandarin, honeydew, and apricot low on bitterness but big on flavor. 4.5
Mouthfeel is medium, soft gentle carbonation, not sticky or dry, and at 7.9% this would be a Summer crusher of a NEDIPA. 4.75
Overall this is a very interesting hop combination, but they did a great job balancing it and not turning it into a coconut bomb. Really digging this one. 4.5
