Collaboration with Modestman Brewing
GOAT hits with a heavy haze wave of citrus and soft ripe tropical fruits, tangerine, cantaloupe, melon and just a hint of pina colada with orange pith lingering on the palate. The fresh floral nose is inviting. Each sip leaves you craving another.
Hop Profile:
Citra & Mosaic - Whirlpool
Rakau & Talus - Dry hop

Two of my NH favorite local brewery’s Kettlehead Brewing and Modestman Brewing collaborating with a NEDIPA. Pours a very attractive yellow with a 2 finger sticky white head that leaves a thick collar of lace with great retention. 4.75
Aroma is mandarin, cantaloupe, pineapple, passionfruit, a hint of coconut, and apricot. 4.5
Taste follows mandarin, cantaloupe, pineapple, passionfruit, a little coconut, and apricot 4.5
Mouthfeel is above average, soft gentle creamy carbonation, not sticky or dry, and at 8.5% ABV huge flavor but really easy going down after a long day. 5
Overall this is awesome, but my expectations where through the roof. I think 10 more days in the can and it will come together even better. 4.5

Collab with Modestman, released today at 11:30am, this much-anticipated sauce does not fail to deliver. Able to actually taste the 2 different NEIPA master's styles at play together, no joke. Gorgeous opaque pour with lasting thick cap of foam and superb lacing for the duration. Aromas are rich and green with the tropics and strong pine. Flavors follow in the best way. Way too smooth and easily flows down the throat - mouthfeel perfection. Finish has a nice bite, not sure if that's from being super-green or from the hop mix, but I love it, and I'll let a can age 14 days to revisit that aspect.
