We used a new hop product called Hop Sauce from New York Hop Guild. All Nelson Sauvin gives a complex hop resin and no after bite. White wine tang with tropical undertones

Pours light golden hollow with a thin head and persistent soapy lace. White graphics as promised in aroma and taste. Sweet and smooth up and down. Very good stuff!
