Having myself a little treat (or two!) on my last night as a 63-year old.... Scored a 4-pack about 3-weeks ago at the Craft Beer Cellar (Nashua)....
Pours a murky, hazy, muted golden color. Carbo within is very light and sparse. The head is a frothy, fluffy 1/2" layer of off-white suds, which lasts well. Lacing sticking around is pretty decent. Aroma is rich with loads of fruit.... a mix of pineapple, apricot, tangerine and more. Body is a lovely, chewy medium-plus, and it is exceedingly smooth going down.
Flavor has a faint suggestion of crackery, biscuity malt, but thereafter it's hop city. Semi-sweet fruit action is layered all over the palate. Apricot, peach, tangerine, pineapple.... all there, and more... This lovely mix lasts well, and lingers nicely in the finish. The 12.5% ABV is too-well hidden in this tasty offering... Prosit!!!

16oz undated can.
Pours turbid yellow with an inch of white fluff. Plenty of tattered lacing and persistent retention. Pungently hoppy in the nose with a whallop of stone fruit. Tangerine, peach, white grape, mango. Medium bodied with a tacky but soft mouthfeel. A carpet-bombing of hops on the palate with a fairly strong booze-bite. Peach, orange, mango, and grape. Finishes boozy with minimal malt and an overload of hops.
