From a 16 oz. can that was sampled November 4, 2022. It's a 2022 batch.
The appearance is nice with its dark brown to near black color under a fading tan head.
The aroma expresses way to much coffee for me. Yes, there are some dark malts and earth but the coffee is front and center and I'm not sure if it is supposed to be in this style.
Light-medium mouthfeel.
The taste like the aroma is sweet but there is just too much coffee present. I might have wanted more dark roasted malts than this. Usually Kettlehead is very good but this one is not their best offering as far as I am concerned.
