Cold IPA. Sometimes you just gotta send it. We used Italian heirloom barley, a thiol enhanced lager yeast, mosaic spectrum, comet, and loral dry hop additions to create a unique beer with a super grassy, dank & floral character that brings the pure hop essence up front.
