India pale Ale 7% abv
Poured from a can dated 6/5/23
A. Pillowy soft head, eventually dissipates to thick cap and nice lacing. Color is hazy but not thick yellow orange color
A. Aromas of lemon lime, tropical fruit and crackers. Not real aromatic but nose on the glass rim brings it out.
T. Taste is citrus as lemon lime, mango, pineapple and a hint of bready yeast.
M. Mouthfeel is soft and fairly smooth, finishes a tick astringent lingering on the tongue Medium carbonation and no hint of alcohol
0. This is a smooth tasty IPA, layered flavors and enjoyable to drink. Not real heavy and a nice little tingling finish. I’m glad I got a 4 pack.

Poured into a 16 Snulip glass canned on 5/30/23 maybe, hard to read. Pours an attractive hazy yellow orange with a 2 finger sticky white head, that leaves thick streaks of lace, with amazing retention. 4.5
Aroma peach, passionfruit, mango, mandarin, and apricot. 4
Taste follows peach, passionfruit, mango, mandarin, and apricot. 4
Mouthfeel is a little above average, not sticky or dry, gentle carbonation, and at 7% it goes down easy. 4
Overall this one is good. Nothing special, but still a tasty and well made beer. 4
