These folks brew some really good sours, and this one is no exception. Opaque purple pour with a big pink cap. Not smoothie consistency, but looks great. Aroma is a mix of berry and cream. Flavors have a nice malt backbone to mimic the crust, while certainly delivering more pucker-factor than typical. This one sure is sour and doesn't go down fast. Nice combo of flavors in the finish.
