This DIPA is hopped with Mosaic, Cashmere, and Comet. Insane nose of ripe peaches and nectarine. Slight sweetness carries over to the tropical wave of stone fruit. This may be one of our favorite beers we have made this year.

From a 16oz can with an illegible date-stamp. I THINK it’s a date-stamp. Benefit of the doubt. Served in a spiegelau IPA glass.
Pours a moderately hazy pineapple-gold with a big, fluffy, beaten egg white-like pompadour of foam. Retention is excellent, leaving a puckered and puffy cap and gobs of lacing.
Nose is yeasty, fruity. Pronounced aroma of berries. More of a peachy-pineappley-sticky fruit character as it sits and warms.
Taste is dry, rindy, chalky. Tasting apricot, peach skins, woody pineapple, dry white wine, aspirin. Mildly astringent finish.
Feel is a shade too dry to pass off as juicy. A medium, chalky body with ample fine, zesty carbonation.
Overall, a competent enough NEDIPA, lighter feeling and less sweet than typical. I’d absolutely drink it again. In fact, I will, a minimum of three more times.

Poured into a 20 tulip glass canned on 11/16/2023. Pours an attractive hazy yellow with a 2 plus finger sticky white head that leaves loads of lace, with excellent retention. 4.5
Aroma is peach, passionfruit, white grapes, mandarin, mango, and apricot. 4.25
Taste follows peach, passionfruit, white grapes, mandarin, mango, and apricot. 4.5
Mouthfeel is a little bigger than average, not sticky or dry, soft gentle carbonation, and at 8% it has some big flavor, but still easy drinking. 4.5
Overall this one is really nice, just doesn’t stand out in the enormous lineup rolling these days. 4.25
