Good American style Berliner Weiss. The Brewery described it with mango, peaches, whipped cream and vanilla. I didn't detect the vanilla, but the mango/peaches and lactose were a major part of the beer. Not really that sour though. More sweetness from the fruit but not overly sweet. Poured from a 16 oz. can into a goblet, this beer featured a hazy apricot color and practically no head or lacing. The head was fizzy, barely covered the top of the glass and faded out almost instantaneously. Aroma and taste featured the fruit - rich and pulpy - and some lactose. The nose included a floral aspect up front. Good flavor but lacking any aspect of a sour. Mouthfeel was rich and pulpy and slightly sweet. The lactose provided the richness. Tasty and quite drinkable.
