Pours hazy honey golden, white lacing for a head.
Smells of honey, biscuit, cereal grains, lemongrass and citrus.
Tastes of sweet honey malt over biscuit, floral and tropical fruit notes, and a wine grape finish. Grassy aftertaste.
Medium to full body, stinging carbonation on the tongue.
Nice, bright, flavorful and rich saison. A bit heavy by saison standards, but not necessarily in a bad way. Pretty good and worth trying.
