Laced with Peaches is a funky Wild IPA that's fermented on local peaches from Weber's Farm and a wild yeast strain that has a nice dry finish. We included a heavy wheat grain bill to add structure to the dry finish and we hopped it with Simcoe, El Dorado and Denali.
