Appearance of a wine, blood red, no head. The cherry and tart berries are really undercut by a wild acidity. Tart and piercing acidity that's wild and over the top, more than a slight pickling. Suckling on a white vinegar soaked sponge at its worst. Tart black currant and white szchezuan pepper accented cranberry sauce at best. The slight tingle of a sour becomes very spicy and burning very quickly; however, it does subside to a light berry balsamic vinegar sweetness. I might not accustomed to this level of sour, but it's intense regardless, without a lot of subtlety.
