We brewed this sour with our good friend Chyno, The Baltimore Foodie. Strawberry Cheesecake is a dish that takes Chyno back to childhood memories of baking with his mother and the comfort of home. We think it's a brew that will bring you comfort too. We brewed this sour with strawberries (over 1 pound per gallon), brown sugar, graham cracker, cream cheese, vanilla, and a touch of lactose.

16 oz can split with my wife, poured into a tulip glass. Pours a muddy pink color with a small head. Aroma and flavor feature tart but weak strawberries and maybe a hint of cheesecake with some vanilla. Not bad, but not nearly as flavorful as I expected.
