Aroma is slightly burnt malts, a hint of coconut and chocolate/mousse. The flavor is chocolate/mild mousse, slightly burnt dark malts, milk sugar and a medium sweet/hint of acidic finish.

Released 1/26/20; drank 3/8/20 @ the Yarchives.
Black/brown appearance.
A rough pour yielded a huge, noisy dark tan head which quickly dissipated; minimal head.
Sun tan lotion & chocolate syrup notes in the nose.
Sticky medium mouthfeel.
Sweeeet, artificial tasting coconut & chocolate syrup flavors; this was cloying & off-putting.
Permanent pass on this one.

Charcoal black body with a dark brown ring of bubbles. Smells of coconut first and foremost, with freshly shaved chocolate and vanilla. Taste has the light and rich chocolate with coconut, vanilla, and some roasted malt. Body is very, very thin, but not watery, makes this dangerously easy to drink. Milk-like creaminess

Dark brown but not completely opaque, smells like chocolate and coconut. Taste is mostly coconut-forward, some chocolate in the aftertaste, with a little bit of roasted malt body. Pretty good, the adjuncts come through really well, although I think I'd like a little more body in the beer, it's kind of thin. The upside is that it's very, very drinkable, and it would probably even be good on a summer day, because it's not heavy at all. If we're talking about easy-drinking coconut porters/stouts, I consider Last Snow to be my standard, and this isn't quite there, but still really good.
