473 ml can served cold into a pint glass. LCBo purchase for around $3.50 CDN.
Appearance - Clear, pale golden color with loads of effervescence. A small finger of white head rests on top and fizzles away fairly quickly. Not much lacing to speak of.
Smell - Quite tame, mostly lemon with a course bit of grain. Some other sweet tropical fruit (maybe melon) shows up in very small doses.
Taste - Light and very refreshing, some grain, some sourness from the lemon flavors and very mildly bitter hops. Good intensity but not overwhelming. Subtle bit of sweetness in the back half of the glass.
Mouthfeel - Medium-light bodied, crisp carbonation, spritzy finish works very well in tandem with the flavor profile.
Overall - A great refreshing summer brew that has some hop presence, some sourness, yet is well conceived and well put together. Nicely balanced and a treat on a warm day.

473 mL can from the LCBO; dated Mar 5 2019 and served slightly chilled. Reviewed from notes.
Pours turbid and hazy, with a straw-yellow body capped with half a finger of fizzy, white foam that sizzles off within ninety seconds. A sickly thin collar is the only survivor; no cap or lace in sight. Looks a bit plain - not far off from a Berliner, actually. The nose is subtle and relatively clean, featuring a grainy pale malt note and a mild lemony-lime tartness; hints of melon and apricot show up, too, as the glass warms.
An easy-drinking, uncomplicated sour ale. The ever-present lacto acidity gives it a nice, tart, lemony kick, while the dry hopping has imparted flavours of underripe stone fruit and grapefruit. It concludes with a light lemon tartness, along with a touch of grain and oat sweetness; the aftertaste dries out relatively swiftly, without much of anything lingering beyond the end point of the sip. Light in body, with low to moderate carbonation levels that gently nudge the surface of the palate. Feels smooth and soft on the tongue, with excellent drinkability - perhaps even sessionability, if you're the sort inclined to drink several sours in a row (I'm not).
Final Grade: 3.87, a solid B+. Zephyr is actually a rather impressive, well-rounded and approachable sour for (what I am presuming to be) this brewery's first stab at brewing one on a commercial scale. The aroma was a bit lacking, at least for a dry hopped brew, and the visuals are indeed a bit dull... but other than those minor gripes, I thoroughly enjoyed my glass and would happily recommend this for other BAs to try. I've had a few cans of this since it showed up on shelves last month, and I'm sure I'll be picking up more in the near future. Cheers!
