Pours a cloudy gold color with a white head that lasts quite a while. Aroma is slightly sour, tropical fruits and floral notes. Taste is sour and slightly tart. No hoppy bitterness. Great beer after doing yard work.

 

 

16oz undated can poured into becher glass at fridge temp 6.9% ABV. The beer pours opaque light peach/amber in color with off white head. The head recedes to a thin ring and uneven cap and leaves some lacing. The aroma is moderate in strength featuring Belgian yeast and ripe tropical fruit. The taste is semitart wheat malt with notes of black pepper, clove, over ripe mango,pineapple & grapefruit and mild bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation and a dry finish. Overall, good.

Tasted in a Spiegelau saison glass from a one pint can on August 12, 2021.

Sweet, rich, honey, malt. Bitter, piney, earthy Hop. Floral, citrus; orange and grapefruit bouquet. Crisp, clean, full, velvety feel. Delicious. Will seek out again.
