Crystal clear yellow-gold with a puffy white dome.
There's not much aroma but for a hint of grassy, lemony hops.
Taste starts semi-sweet with white grapes and yellow corn as the flavor of buttered rolls comes out in the swallow with a slight hint of toast and grass.
Smooth yet crisp, the medium-light body finishes faintly semi-dry.
They seem to excel at Lager and Pilsener so far--they should focus more on developing those, particularly because IPAs are not their forte, at least for the moment.
