Collaboration with Eavesdrop Brewery
We affectionately named this collaboration with Eavesdrop Brewery, “Just Try It” because if we explained everything about the beer, most people would go, “Say whaaaaaaaaa? Nah, I’m good.” Simplified, this beer tastes like pure orange juice with a splash of passionfruit. Creamy, refreshing, and ever so bright. That big citrus character comes from a mild kettle sour with our house kimchi culture, a touch of El Dorado hops and house toasted Indian Coriander in the whirlpool, then dry hopped with El Dorado. We fermented this warm with our new favorite American Saison strain that, along with Spelt malt, leaves a super creamy mouthfeel while not tasting sweet. So this beer may seem incredibly adventurous at first glance, but if you just try it, it’s as familiar and satisfying as a glass of fresh squeezed O.J.
