This Gose is brewed with Grilled Virginia Saturn Peaches, Tahitian Vanilla and Saigon Cinnamon. When our Brewmaster was away for a few days, the crew brewed up this insane beer full of all sorts of fun ingredients. It came together in a very balanced way and is a tart and refreshing Gose featuring grilled-in-house locally grown peaches, Saigon Cinnamon, and Madagascar Vanilla.

Was lucky enough to get this and a bunch of other good stuff from a college friend. Was looking forward to it when the front of the can had the words Gose, peach, cinnamon and vanilla. The Untappd description sounded even better as, “This Gose is brewed with Grilled Virginia Saturn Peaches, Tahitian Vanilla and Saigon Cinnamon. Poured a semi-clear medium yellow color with two fingers of frothy-to-fizzy white head. Could see a few bubble streams coming up along the sides and from the bottom of the glass. Minimal lacing. Very bad spotty retention. (Sight - 2.75)
Smelled cinnamon, nutmeg, peach, pie crust, gingerbread, graham cracker, all-spice and vanilla. Not nearly as good from the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted nearly as good as the nose, but not quite. For sure more vanilla than the nose. In order got cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, pie crust, gingerbread, graham cracker, sugary peach and apricot. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Oily-to-creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, spicy and tart finish. (Feel - 4.25)
This was outstanding overall. Not sure I would need more than a can though. Very sweet. (Overall - 4.25)
