Poured from a bomber into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Mildly hazed light golden pour with 2 fingers of foamy white head. Nice ring of lacing.
S: Yeast with floral notes and fruit.
T.F: Mild flavor... nice light grains and yeast. Some floral notes and spice. Pear and lemon zest. Medium to light bodied and well carbonated.
O: An easy-drinking saison that's better than average but not tops for the style. The other beers I've had from Zillicoah were all superior to this one.

Lightly hazed straw yellow hue with a tall, persistent head of rocky foam. Spicy, leafy Saaz hop aromas over a pretty mellow Belgian yeast presence and some cracker-like malts. Floral, moderately hoppy flavor with spicy yeast esters and a little bit of cakey malt sweetness. Light feeling with a bit of creaminess and a dry finish. Really nice classic Saison.
