Acquired after volunteering at the Free the Whales festival held at Hopfly Brewing 7-1-23. 2022 edition consumed 4-3-24. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured hazy gold with a nice white head.
Nose is nice, white grape with a trace of Brett phenols.
Taste is very nice as the lighter pale malt base works with the mixed yeast strains that is giving me banana, apples, white grapes, some horseblanket, and leather. Finishes nice and balanced.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and very refreshing and smooth.
Overall another mixed fermentation winner from Zillicoah!
