Appearance: Pours a clear golden color with a modest head that leaves a few speckles behind
Smell: Sour wheat aromatics with sweet Scuppernog grape tones
Taste: Tart, at the outset, with the wheat and yeast dominating; through the middle, the Scuppernog grapes add sweetness though the finish is moderately sour
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Scuppernog is a really sweet grape variety but despite using that adjunct, this beer is not too sweet at all
