Picked up a 11.5 oz bottle from the Blue Door Bottleshop in Hendersonville 5-16-24 for $4.50. No bottling date; consumed 5-22-24.
Beer poured deep gold with a beautiful, long lasting white head.
Nose has hints of pilsner malts with some earthy and floral hops.
Taste is a lighter pilsner malt base that lends notes of white crackers. Hopping is generous and am getting a good dose of black pepper that leaves a zippy bitter finish.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and refreshing.
Overall another tasty brew from Zillicoah!
