We love putting our take on traditional European style beers, and if you’ve been to the brewery over the years, odds are you’ve tried our Pilsners and our Helles. We have a bit of a love affair with both those styles, and Woodfin Lager is a beautiful melding of the two. Not quite a pils. Not quite a Munich Style Helles. But somewhere in between. While all our beers are brewed with Woodfin water, this particular lager has very minor adjustments in terms of stripping down or adding to, showcasing just a bit more local character. As the first brewery in Woodfin, we thought it fitting to name this beer after the Town it’s made in.
