For this sour collaboration we designed a maltier base beer including Biscuit and Vienna for malt sweetness and toasty crust-like notes. For the "filling" we added two of our favorite stone fruits (aka drupes): peaches and apricots. Topped off with a hefty scoop of Madagascar vanilla beans for an à la mode vibe! A fruited sour for autumn.
