Look - Pours a super dark brownish-black color with almost no head at all that disappears immediately after pouring.
Smell - Coconut and vanilla.
Taste - A nice coconut flavor with vanilla.
Feel - Has a nice creamy feel to it. Bourbon is light, but I like it that way. Easy drinking.
Overall - An excellent coconut stout!

Sweet milk chocolate, creamy and prominent coconut, a hint of rye-spice, and a subtle vanilla-bourbon barrel nose on this one! Taste follows exactly with a well-balanced vanilla-coconut candy covered in milk chocolate swallow. The only thing missing with this one is more barrel! It is definitely pastry and needed just a touch more barrel on the backend to balance it out. Outside of that, this is dessert in a glass! Delicious!

500 ml bottle split with 2 friends. Pours pitch black with a small head. Aroma and flavor feature a huge hit of sweet vanilla, dark roasted malts, semisweet chocolate, coconut, and some bourbon. Vanilla is the star here. This beer avoids being too sweet, boozy, or sour (a danger with added vanilla and coconut in my experience). Solid.
