500ml bottle poured into Rastal Lawrence glass.
Appearance: Black bodied beer with thin cap of khaki colored head.
Smell: Vanilla, Rye Whiskey, and Chocolate.
Taste: Big chocolate. Big vanilla. Big Rye Whiskey. Big roasty barrel char & roasty malts that balance the sweetness. Really incredible balance of the barrel with the stout and adjunct.
Mouthfeel: Full bodied stout with low yet adequate carbonation levels. This is not full blown pastry thick but it's starting to head that direction for sure. A smooth sip that is not boozy.
