DIPA with Freeze Dried Dragon Fruit
Red dragon fruit dyes the DIPA a fantastic magenta color. It also brings bright tropical aromatics that marry with the Citra and Mosaic hops! All of that is supported by a creamy base of barley, oats, and wheat.

16 ounce can poured into a tulip.
CANNED ON 03/18/25
L: One finger pink head, hazy watermelon flesh colored pour, fizzy foam has medium retention.
S: Tropical and melon hops, berry aromas coming later.
T: Sweet melon and red berries, wheat malt, slightly tart, dries a bit on the back,
F: Medium body, soft feel, smooth drinking, slightly warming.
O: One of the better fruited beers I’ve had.
