A rich, decadent stout infused with dried chile peppers, warm cinnamon, roasted cacao nibs, smooth vanilla beans, and nutty almonds—layered flavors that build with every sip.

This one brings the heat. Pours an effervescent brown color; evaporates quickly. Aroma of cinnamon. Taste is sweet chocolate and vanilla but it warms up quickly.

From Beer Drop, canned July 22nd 2025.
It pours black with a very small head of foam that shrinks to nothing but a ring around the glass. Lacing not worth mentioning.
Smell is cocoa, vanilla, peppers of the heaty kind. Some spice notes that aren't of the hot kind.
Taste is cocoa, vanilla, roasted malt, and big notes of heat from the Habanero. Little bit nutty, some cinnamon, but they bow down to the heat.
Good enough medium bodied with carbonation on the gentler side, I probably wouldn't drink this again.

Head quickly dissipates. Big chocolate and roast aroma. Complex spicy chocolate flavors with a little cinnamon. Strong chili finish makes my sinuses run. Some people like the heat. I'm not one of them. Almost a drain pour for me. Interesting mole flavors but too hot to appreciate them. Expected a more subtle touch from Sapwood.
