Plush Pop was once of our first "quick sours" in the days before Smüzí... we took that flavor combination: raspberries, lime zest, and vanilla beans and applied them to this wine barrel-aged sour beer! The result is tart and refreshing, with a bit more sophistication than the original kettle-soured beer!
