Gin-Barrel-Aged Grisette with Meyer Lemon and Elderflower Flavor.
Bottle Release 4/24/26
This beer was inspired by Gin & Blossoms, a one-off keg Scott created for our 7th Anniversary Party! It started as Grisette brewed with local Maryland Spelt, then we aged it in a Maryland McClintock Distilling Reserva Gin barrel. Then we blended it with an old sour ale along with fresh Meyer Lemon zest and a bright-tropical elderflower. It's spring in a glass!
