I can only assume this one is listed as retired due to lack of reviews. Had this one as part of a flight at the pub. Cloudy yellow in color with a thin ring of bubbly head, aromas of banana and spices, wheat. Taste follows the aroma, light and refreshing. Like the other ales here, follows closely to style. Worth a try.

I just had this beer 9/25/2014. It is not retired but is one of the 9 rotating beers offered at the Tahquamenon Falls Brewery.

I drank this beer on Sunday 9/18/2011 while visiting the Tahquamenon Falls. This beer is listed as retired? They must of brought it back from retirement. Must also of tweaked the recipe from 2006 because it is better than what the first and only review indicated. This beer pours light yellow with small white white head. A subtle wheat flavor is noticeable. Soft carbonation, and easy drinking made this beer perfect after coming off a long hike from around the falls. I found this beer to be so refreshing. I also tried the Black Bear Stout and Porcupine Pale Ale, I found this beer although not as flavorful, but by far the most refreshing of the three. This beer seems like it would fit better with warmer weather. Being over dressed for such a beautiful warm late summer afternoon, hot and tired after my hike this beer was the perfect match for my condition.

Originally reviewed on October 1, 2006. On tap at the brewpub. Pour of pale golden, clearish, with a frothy white head and little visible carbonation. Aroma of wickingly sweet off-malt, with stinky corn sugars. Flavor was similiar with some bizarre artifical flavor of some sort, with peach pits, candied bananas and tangy bubblegum. Not real pleasing, but not too gross. Whatever. Light and kind of drinkable. Blah. Carbonation was a distant percolation. Not really there either. Ugh.
