The super pale white-gold body is foggy, and its fluffy convex white blanket head leaves droopy white lace on the glass.
This has a spicy and estery Hefe-like profile with a touch of tart pear and anise joined by fresh bread in the very frothy medium body that finishes powder dry. As it warms, the phenolics intensify, and I get very distinct callbacks to Jagermeister, albeit via a much more drinkable vehicle.
