Foggy yet glowing burnt gold with a moderate but densely thick and convex off-white head leaving drooping layers of lace.
Spicy yet measured brett pairs with dill sprinkled bread as its firmly crisp medium body finishes semi-dry. A touch of toasted white wine barrel then crops up, accented by a little herbal grassiness. It's not really tart or acidic, but has a pleasant bite to it.
