Brewed with a grist of 55% melted and flaked oats for a light fluffy body. Whirlpool hopped with new school German hops Callista, Huell Melon, and Mandarina Bavaria for a floral and ripe fruit nose. Finishes like a clean lager with hearty dose of grain.

Faintly foggy burnt gold darkening at the top to near amber. A puffy off-white foam head slowly settles to a sparse blanket and finely bubbly collar.
A really clean and subtle beer, it starts with a crisp bite, but goes down very easy, leaving nothing behind in the just dry finish.
Smell is faintly toasty, faintly herbal, but otherwise nondescript. Overall semi-bitter on the palate, again it's herbal but also grassy, with a touch of toasted corn nut or cornbread--it's hard to put my finger on. A hint of grape skin surfaces in the exhale.
Exhibiting such subtlety while also having no off-notes or anything offensive or unpleasant, I can't rate this anything below a 4. It does the job and, for a wild-focused brewery to put out a lager so delicate, does it very well.
