Foggy pale amber, or even burnt yellow, with a thick off-white head settling to a creamy film and uneven collar.
This is overly phenolic for me, i.e. clove and even banana bread. It's also quite herbal, even minty. Actually, distinctly minty.
The medium-light body has a soft fizz and finishes semi-wet, exhaling toasted corn.
I love Noble Creature, but absolutely hate when American saisons translate more as hefe's or Belgian pale ales than the funkier or more delicately balanced saisons that I love, such as those from Jester King, or the pajottenland.
