Witchwood is a new project now than how it began, which was originally a blend of barrel aged saisons, and is now part of our Solera Saison project. This is the first unblended release! It’s giving us bigggg notes of fresh cut pineapples and peaches and balanced with a healthy amount of dry hopping. This one is on draft and in bottle conditioned 500ml bottles.

Chill hazed amber with a white foam head of moderate height clinging in spongy lace.
A dry hop nose gives some green herbal vibes along with melon and a little pungent gassiness--it seems like a sea change from past Witchwoods, exhibiting a very farmy balance.
The medium body has an expanding froth over a mild acidity exhaling a little nutty oak after some faint aged peach makes a suggestion.
