Really a fantastic beer. Massive aromatics of fruit, creamy mouthfeel with a crisp, dry finish that lingers nicely. Paired really well with white fish.

I’ve had anout 10 brews from Definitive and while all have been solid this canning really stood out as their strongest due to the complexity of flavors and balance. Behind the Lights and Sensitive Ears are close runner ups.

[IMG] This Double Dry Hopped version is brewed with Sabro, Rakau, and Mosaic 7% ABV. Pours a very hazy yellow with a half finger sticky white head that leaves thick webs of lace with solid retention. 4

Smell is passion fruit, blueberry, honeydew, green grapes, and white grapefruit rind. 4.25

Taste follows passion fruit, blueberry, honeydew, and a little hint of bitter grapefruit really really balanced. 4.25

Mouthfeel is a solid medium, soft on the palate, not dry, and at 7% ABV insanely drinkable. 4.25

Overall Definitive does it once again and delivers an excellent NEIPA that is really special and kind of different. 4.25
