This Galaxy-loaded DDH DIPA we made with our pals from New York is reminiscent of peach, passionfruit and freshly squeezed guava!

16oz can with an illegible date code.
Pours cloudy yellow with an inch of white fluff. Moderate retention and lacing. Peach, pineapple, and white grape in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Juicy tropicals on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Peach, tangerine, mango, and pineapple. Finishes juicy and ripe.

A: Pours a golden yellow color with 2 fingers of head that slowly fades down to a nice cap that leaves good lacing
S: Lots of peach and citrus up front along with some tropical fruit and general stone fruit
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with lots of ripe peach and citrus. Picks up the tropical and stone fruit notes. Bitterness slowly builds to the finish. Finishes with lingering citrus and stone fruit
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth and on the softer side
O: A terrific DIPA loaded with Galaxy. Dangerously easy to drink at 8.5%. Definitely a nice change of pace from all the NE-style beers around these days. Highly recommended
