(16 oz pour in a shaker pint, at the brewery)

Billed as an American (West Coast) IPA. And while it does have many qualities to tie it to that expression, it does feature some arguable British ale qualities.

West Coast IPA character: hops - pine, citrus (grapefruit flesh), with subtle hints of pineapple and/or mango and banana

British character: biting, green-tea like flavor/bitterness; herbal/mineral note; rich, lightly caramel-y maltiness

Best to let this sit before sipping (or serve it less cold, hint hint). Would like to have it off cask. Silky, medium-bodied, perfectly malty. I'm not a habitual IPA drinker, but I would get this again and have more than one.
