Botanical Villein is the newest installment in our Villein series of farmhouse ales. Botanical Villein is a rice & rye saison brewed with ginger, lemongrass, and coriander. The large portions of rice & rye ensure an extra dry & crisp finish with a sturdy base for the added layers of complexities from the spices & yeast character. Intoxicating aromas & flavors of cracked ginger, lemongrass tea, citrusy coriander and classic fruity saison esters. Effervescent & very refreshing.

Well balanced. Spices don’t overwhelm the base farmhouse but are interesting.
