Rye Villein is our homage to the farmers & maltsters that grow & malt rye, one of our favorite grains. Rye Villein is brewed with three types of rye and fermented with our house saison yeast to accentuate the slightly spicy & earthy characters gained from rye while also adding notes of citrusy bubblegum. Dry hopped with Centennial, Comet & Crystal for additional citrus and earthy pine sap notes, Rye Villein has layer upon layer of flavor.
