Collaboration with Cushwa Brewing Company
Harvest Feast is a Rye & Oat Saison brewed with orange peel, lemon verbena, and heavily dry hopped with Lemondrop. This is one of the most complex saisons either of us have brewed and we're both extremely happy with the results. When you first pour this beer the unique citrus & mild herbal characters jump out of the glass at you, but as Harvest Feast warms up it starts exploding with citrusy banana notes.
