Poured into a snifter, this was a nice dark golden color with a thick head that evaporated quickly leaving no trace of its existence. The body was clear at first, then I twirled the can around for a few seconds to get the good stuff out, and poured the rest into the glass, this made the beer cloudy and in my opinion much more attractive.
The aroma is strong and very interesting, it does remind me of being in a barn, but without the horse or cattle smells(pigs and any other animal for that matter). It almost grassy and there's plenty of lemon, grapefruit and another sour smell I can't quite describe.
Tart and sweet, thick of a sweet-tart in liquid form, very tasty, but that's all I get.
The mouthfeel is semi-dry, a bit thin overall, but it does warm up the back of your throat.
Overall not a bad beer, very tasty, very interesting and tart.

It's pretty incredible they managed to cram that much fruit (tangerine and orange) in to this beer and not cover up all of the nuances that normally accompany a saison. Very well done. It's not the prettiest to look at and the nose isn't great, but it tastes amazing and the mouthfeel is pretty good. I'd love to see Turning Point release their standard saison, Elevensies, again. I'm sorry I missed it.
