I tried this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight. It poured a clear golden with thin white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had subtle grain and floral notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with grain and potpourri of floral hop presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

French style saison with honey. Notes of spice, floral, and fruit.
Pours a gold color with a minimal head that disappears quickly. Aroma definitely floral. Taste is slightly sour but very refreshing.
